Two ways to save on cooling cost.

  1. (for every season) Clean air filters; This creates good air flow and the system will work less.
  2. Make sure your exterior coils are clean. We get a lot of cotton wood seeds that fly around and love to get in the a/c coils. This restricts the air flow at the exterior unit, and produces a lot of heat that is damaging as well as reduces the efficiency of your a/c.

Change Filters Regularly

Homeowners should also clean or change air filters monthly to achieve the greatest possible energy efficiency from a HVAC system.
